In the most beautiful location in Milan Positive: The house is exactly as pictured, modernly furnished. It's in a very central location, in a secure complex. It's very close to Milan Centrale, you can get there on foot or by bus. We reached the Duomo by metro in about 6-7 minutes. Porto Genoa took about 10 minutes, I think. In the evenings, the street behind the house is very busy and crowded. There are shops, cafes, and various other options. We loved walking and having coffee on that street. There are also breakfast places very close to the house; we had breakfast every morning on the other side of the street. The house has internet and hot water. No one bothered us. The landlord was very communicative. We paid all the fees easily before we left, and the handover of the keys was also easy. In short, it's a home where you can stay comfortable and safe. Negative: The kitchen equipment (pots, pans, etc.) and some other sleeping items are very old. We only used the kitchen equipment twice for our children's urgent needs, but it wasn't a problem since we mostly spent time and ate outside. We didn't experience any other problems.

Positive: Great location, close to Milano Central Station and one of the metro stations. Wonderful staff, quick communication for troubleshooting even during weekends. Negative: The street door had a keypad that wasn't working, but we managed to get around with a key. The AC was not powerful enough to cold down the house with 4 guests inside. The cleaning fee had to be paid out of Booking's website, I would prefer to have it included in the price.
