It only appears in Property information and not in the price details or in the fine print. After you make the reservation and have a reservation confirmation, it does not appear at all. I have not encountered this in any apartment I have booked before. The sofa bed did not open, the mechanism was stuck and apart from a response on WhatsApp, they did not send someone to fix it. Which made sleeping in the apartment really uncomfortable. In the first night the air conditioner did not turn on and it was very hot. In the middle of the night it suddenly turned on and was better. In the second night it turned off in the middle of the night. It seems that something in its thermostat is not working properly and you can't control it. There were underwear from a previous tenant inside the washing machine. The dryer does not work (it turns out that it is not included in the place) The freezer was full of ice. At least if I paid 80 euros extra, I would expect them to prepare the apartment properly. I will note that there was a courteous and quick response on WhatsApp, but the bottom line is that the problems were not addressed.
