Spotless, modern apartment with fantastic location and clear communication! Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean, featuring an amazing, brand-new, modern kitchen. (Just keep in mind to bring your own cooking basics like salt, oil, and vinegar, as none are provided.) The communication with the agency was outstanding, they provided very detailed instructions and were extremely prompt to respond via WhatsApp. They were also generous and flexible enough to allow us a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. The location is in a very good neighborhood, close to a big supermarket, several cafeterias, and public transport options. Having a secure underground parking garage that easily fits standard-sized vehicles was a huge plus. We would gladly stay here again! Negative: The check-in process involves strict requirements, including an e-signature on the rental agreement, travel document submission for all passengers (handled in a very privacy-safe manner), a selfie, a €100 security deposit before arrival, and clear rules on sorting garbage to avoid penalties. While strict, it is very well-organized.

Positive: Tutto Stupendo! Consiglio 100%. Grazie
