Negative: About a 10–15 minute walk from the metro. The apartment wasn't clean when we arrived, and there were marks on the walls. The air conditioning didn't work, so we had to sleep with fans. Some of the shutters didn't work. Note that after signing everything, they ask for an additional 80 euros for cleaning.

Positive: The only real positive for us was the private garage, which was very convenient since we travelled by car. Negative: The apartment was very different from what we expected based on the pictures, and we were very disappointed as soon as we walked in. The apartment was quite damaged from previous guests, with dirty walls, damaged furniture, and an overall feeling that very little had been invested in maintaining or improving the property. We travelled as two couples. One couple stayed in the bedroom with the double bed, while the other stayed in the room with two separate beds, one of which was a fold-out bed. Unfortunately, both sleeping arrangements were very poor. The mattresses were heavily worn out, damaged, and badly sunken, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. The payment process was also very confusing. The cleaning fee, city tax, and security deposit all had to be paid separately through different links provided by the host. This was particularly confusing because Booking.com also appeared to charge the city tax, and different prices were shown in different places. We had to exchange several messages with the host just to clarify the final amount and what had already been charged. Overall, the apartment felt neglected and in need of significant maintenance and renovation, and the payment process made the experience even more frustrating.

Spacious Apartment, but Poor Maintenance and No Air Conditioning Negative: Our first impression was disappointing. The area around the property appeared unfinished, or perhaps still under construction, so getting to the apartment meant walking through what felt like a construction site. The neighborhood itself, however, was relatively quiet. Parking is available in an underground garage, but the spaces are extremely narrow. If you have a larger vehicle, such as an SUV, parking can be very difficult. The apartment itself is spacious and appears to be fairly new, but it has already suffered significant wear and tear from previous guests. Several blinds were broken and could not be opened, and the interior lighting was so poor that some rooms felt almost dark, even during the day. The biggest problem, however, was that the air conditioning did not work. We stayed during a 39°C heatwave, making the apartment unbearably hot and almost impossible to sleep in. To make matters worse, the beds were among the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on, with extremely soft, low-quality mattresses. Instead of the two single beds advertised in the second bedroom, there was one standard bed and one very uncomfortable fold-out camp bed. The bathrooms are spacious but surprisingly impractical. There is not a single shelf or countertop for toiletries, nor even a hook to hang a towel. Overall, the apartment has potential, but it clearly lacks proper maintenance and needs better furnishings and attention to detail. With some care, it could become a very nice place to stay. The conditions were so poor that we decided to cancel our second night and hope to receive a refund.
