Spacious Apartment, but Poor Maintenance and No Air Conditioning Negative: Our first impression was disappointing. The area around the property appeared unfinished, or perhaps still under construction, so getting to the apartment meant walking through what felt like a construction site. The neighborhood itself, however, was relatively quiet. Parking is available in an underground garage, but the spaces are extremely narrow. If you have a larger vehicle, such as an SUV, parking can be very difficult. The apartment itself is spacious and appears to be fairly new, but it has already suffered significant wear and tear from previous guests. Several blinds were broken and could not be opened, and the interior lighting was so poor that some rooms felt almost dark, even during the day. The biggest problem, however, was that the air conditioning did not work. We stayed during a 39°C heatwave, making the apartment unbearably hot and almost impossible to sleep in. To make matters worse, the beds were among the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on, with extremely soft, low-quality mattresses. Instead of the two single beds advertised in the second bedroom, there was one standard bed and one very uncomfortable fold-out camp bed. The bathrooms are spacious but surprisingly impractical. There is not a single shelf or countertop for toiletries, nor even a hook to hang a towel. Overall, the apartment has potential, but it clearly lacks proper maintenance and needs better furnishings and attention to detail. With some care, it could become a very nice place to stay. The conditions were so poor that we decided to cancel our second night and hope to receive a refund.

Positive: Hermoso departamento, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, incluso con lavarropas, precioso balcón, con estacionamiento y alejado del centro pero muy bien comunicado por transporte público !! Tiene un supermercado al lado ! Buena comunicación con su anfitrión Negative: Teniendo en cuenta la calidad del departamento y su equipamiento, sorprende que las camas sean tan ruidosas y que el segundo dormitorio tenga una cama de 1 plaza y otra más pequeña tipo catre ! Y que el checking sea a las 16 hs ! Modificando esto el departamento sería un 10 !!!

Positive: Appartement assez grand et récent. Negative: Dans la deuxième chambre, il y a un lit 1 place et un lit pliable pas très confortable pour un adulte. Le métro est à plus d'un km à pied même si à vol d'oiseau cela paraît proche. Il y a bien un bus pour aller à la station de métro mais long et plus en soirée.
