awesome Positive: We had a very comfortable stay overall. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well prepared when we arrived. There is also a Lidl supermarket just a two-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Free and secure parking is available in the basement. However, guests with large vehicles, such as vans, may find the parking area a little tight. The team was responsive and always answered our questions promptly through messages, providing us with any information we needed. Check-in and check-out were both easy and straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions they sent us. The only downside was that the mattress was very soft and, for us, it was not comfortable. Overall, we had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the NDP Rent team! كانت إقامتنا مريحة بشكل عام، والشقة كانت نظيفة ومرتبة ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز. كذلك توجد جمعية ليدل قريبة جدًا من الشقة، وتبعد تقريبًا دقيقتين مشي، وهذا كان شي مريح جدًا. مواقف السيارات مجانية وموجودة في السرداب، والمكان آمن، لكن اللي عنده سيارة كبيرة مثل الڤان ممكن يعاني شوي بسبب ضيق المواقف. الطاقم كان متعاون وسريع بالرد على استفساراتنا من خلال المسجات، وكانوا يزودونا بأي معلومات نحتاجها أول بأول. كذلك إجراءات الچك إن والچك أوت كانت سهلة وواضحة بفضل التعليمات اللي أرسلوها لنا. الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت إن مرتبة السرير ناعمة جدًا، وبالنسبة لنا ما كانت مريحة. بشكل عام، كانت تجربتنا جدًا طيبة، وممكن نكرر الإقامة عندهم مرة ثانية. شكرًا لفريق NDP Rent.

Nice appartment in a safe area Positive: Clean, modern, and well-maintained apartment. New furnishings and overall good condition. Located in a safe, clean neighbourhood. Convenient location with a Lidl supermarket nearby. Private covered parking. Responsive host. Internet issue was fixed the next day. A fair compensation of €75 was offered for the inconveniences experienced during the stay. Negative: Negative No prior warning about the closed pedestrian entrance, causing delays on arrival. Internet was not working on arrival. Broken shutter. Apartment gets very hot; air conditioning cannot be set below 24°C. Caution when booking for 4 adults: the 4th bed is a rollaway bed and not suitable for a comfortable stay for an adult. Initial €80 cleaning fee was requested and only removed after discussion. Be aware of additional costs: tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night plus a possible €80 cleaning fee. Check the total price carefully before booking.

Modern flat outside central Milan, ideal for families with car, but fees should be clearer upfront. Positive: The apartment and the building are new, and all the facilities are up to date. In terms of location, it is a bit outside the main city of Milan, but if you have a car, it is an ideal spot. I would highly recommend this apartment for a family. Negative: The extra charges outside the booking.com price, such as cleaning, are a little high, and they should be fully transparent when the booking is made.
