Airy Penthouse with Terrace and Garage

Positive: If you are traveling with up to three people, do not plan on cooking, and do not need to park a car, this apartment may work for you. However, if you are traveling with more than three people, as we were, I would not recommend this property. The second bedroom contains only a single bed, despite having enough space for a double bed. As a result, my children had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which was extremely uncomfortable. The sofa bed is noticeably tilted and contains metal bars that can be felt through the mattress, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. In addition, the living room blinds do not function properly, so it is impossible to fully darken the room. If you intend to cook during your stay, you may want to reconsider this apartment. The induction cooktop technically has multiple burners, but it is only capable of properly heating one pan at a time. Whenever we attempted to use more than one burner, the cooktop stopped functioning correctly and could not adequately heat the second pan. This issue was reported to management, and although someone was sent to inspect it, the problem was never resolved. The kitchen is also poorly equipped, with very limited utensils and no basic condiments whatsoever, not even salt or sugar. If you are using Uber or public transportation, access is manageable. However, if you have a car, the logistics are unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Finally, be very careful regarding additional fees. We were charged an $80 cleaning fee before arrival in order to complete the check-in process. This fee was not disclosed anywhere in the Booking.com listing or reservation details, which was extremely disappointing and significantly impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again. Negative: the sofa bed is terrible, the stove was not working properly and the access for the unit is very complicated if you have a car to be parked

Good overall stay with a comfortable apartment, but the parking access and air conditioning could be improved. Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean, and located in a quiet area of Milan. The private garage was useful and the overall stay was pleasant for our family. Negative: The garage remote was missing, so we had to manually open two gates every time we entered or exited the parking area. Also, the air conditioning system was fixed around 26°C and could not be adjusted, which affected the comfort level during our stay.

Positive: Прекрасная квартира, хорошо оборудованная и экиерованная. Negative: При бронировании была указана одна цена а при онлайн регистрации почему то запросили ещё 80 евро якобы за уборку в номере и сказали что не предоставят номер пока не оплатим всю сумму включая 80 евро за уборку . На мой взгляд все суммы должны быть указаны при бронировании и 80 евро за уборку после проведения двух ночей это слишком много.
