Positive: Location is great!!! Negative: The apartment looks much nicer and cleaner in the photos than it actually is. The apartment is spacious, but unfortunately it was not sufficiently clean. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The kitchen dishes and utensils were also quite worn out. The apartment is located on the third floor. There was a lot of rubbish in the entrance of the building, which was very unhygienic and unpleasant. I don't know who was leaving it there, but it was already there from the first day of our stay and it just kept accumulating. We also had a problem when we arrived at the apartment because the main entrance door to the building could not be opened. We contacted the property and had to wait for about an hour for someone to come and open the door. Fortunately, a young man who lives in the building happened to come by, so we did not have to wait outside with two small children at 9 p.m. There was apparently an issue with the electricity in the hallway, which was why the door could not be opened. We stayed for six nights. After three days, I asked whether the towels could be changed and whether the apartment could be cleaned. I was told that this would cost €65. I did not accept this. However, as an apology for the problem with the entrance door, someone eventually came and changed the towels. When I made the reservation through Booking.com, I did not see any information stating that there would be any additional charges apart from the tourist tax. However, we were also charged €65 for cleaning. If this information was actually provided somewhere and I simply overlooked it, then that was my mistake. Overall, there are several things that could be improved, especially cleanliness, maintenance, and communication about additional charges.

Good location and clean Positive: the location is unmatched. Loved the neighborhood so close to everything. It was super clean and hosts where responsive. Negative: air conditioning is not as advertised. It is only a sort of fan that has wheels and will only throw air, not cooling the whole apartment so one of the rooms was very hot during the night. Also no amenities or water upon arrival and only one toilet paper roll. There are many stores around so it was no issue, just something to keep in mind.

Positive: L’estada al pis va ser molt bona pel que fa a l’allotjament. La ubicació és perfecta, al centre de Roma, ideal per visitar la ciutat caminant. El pis és preciós, molt net i confortable. Negative: la part logística va ser complicada. Uns dies després de fer la reserva a través de Booking, el mateix allotjament ens va enviar un enllaç extern per pagar una taxa de neteja de 63€ que no estava reflectida directament a la plataforma quan ja havia fet la reserva. També uns dies després de pagar la taxa turística, ens van dir que no ens podien enviar les instruccions del check-in fins que la paguéssim, perquè suposadament no constava el pagament, quan en realitat ja l’havíem fet, i ho van estar posant en dubte diverses vegades, Finalment, despres de varies converses amb ells van veure que si que estava fet, pero ens va suposar moltes molèsties i converses on ells ho posaven en dubte, i tampoc ens permetien enviar el comprovant enlloc. I ja per acabar amb la mala gestió El dia de la sortida, el servei de neteja es va presentar abans de l’hora del check-out, tocant el timbre i obrint la porta diverses vegades per entrar material i recordant-nos l’hora de sortida quan ja la sabíem. Aquesta pressió va ser innecessària i incòmoda.

Apartamento bien ubicado y funcional Positive: Ubicación, muy cercana a la pizza navona y al vaticano. Muy funcional la cocina, contaba con todos los elementos necesarios para cocinarte y prescindir de comer en restaurants. La cama lo suficientemente cómoda. Lugar limpio. Negative: Poca organización, se habian olvidado la ropa blanca (sábanas y toallas), lo solucionaron rápidamente en cuanto les indicamos, vino una señora bajo la lluvia a traernoslo. El check in es muy tardío. Son muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación.
